We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to step into a pivotal administrative role, directly enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic initiatives. Your meticulous organization, proactive support, and ability to manage complex operations will drive efficiency and ensure seamless daily functioning, making a tangible difference in our fast-paced environment and contributing directly to the success of our executive team. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
* Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations, including data visualization.
* Process expense reports accurately and efficiently.
* Organize and facilitate video and phone conferences, ensuring smooth technical execution.
* Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for internal meetings.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic and demanding setting. **Required Skills & Experience:** * Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership.
* A high degree of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
* Extremely strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven ability to deal with all levels of internal and external senior management in a professional and effective manner.
* Proficiency in standard office software suites.
