Role Overview Our client is seeking an M365 / Exchange Analyst to support and enhance its global messaging and collaboration environment. This role is onsite four days per week and can be based in downtown Milwaukee, WI. We are open to candidates ranging from junior (3+ years) to mid-senior* level, depending on depth of experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange.You will be responsible for the administration, security, stability, and continuous improvement* of This role combines day-to-day operations with project work, modernization efforts, automation, and security initiatives in partnership with global IT teams. Key Responsibilities * Administer and support Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange Server * Manage mail flow, SMTP, distribution groups, and Exchange objects * Troubleshoot and resolve email and collaboration issues (Level 2 support) * Implement security best practices, compliance, and governance standards * Perform maintenance, patching, audits, and performance optimization * Support Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD) * Automate and streamline processes using PowerShell * Participate in global IT projects, incident response, and occasional on-call support * Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles Required Skills & Experience * 1-3+ years of experience administering Exchange Online / M365 * Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills * Experience with: * Exchange objects (mailboxes, shared/resource mailboxes, groups) * Email security (DKIM, DMARC) * Active Directory / Azure AD * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (certifications a plus) Soft Skills & Team Fit * Collaborative and communicative * Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute ideas * Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment * Culture fit and growth mindset are highly valued Experience Level Intermediate (flexible for junior or mid-senior* candidates)* Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
