Requires a strategic visionary who can translate complex financial requirements into scalable technical solutions while maintaining a hands-on presence in development. You will be the primary authority on our OneStream unified platform, overseeing everything from multi-cube architecture, full implementation lifecycle-from strategic road mapping, advanced business rule scripting and advanced VB.NET business rules to the integration of Sensible AI for predictive forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Strategy (Design & Vision)

  • Solution Architecture: Lead the design of complex, multi-cube OneStream applications, ensuring optimal dimensionality and performance for financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Application Development: Build and configure complex business rules (VB.NET/C#), workflows, dashboards, and Cube Views to optimize financial processes.

  • Road mapping: Define the strategic roadmap for the OneStream platform, aligning technical updates with evolving business priorities and OneStream's 2026 feature releases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into technical specifications.

Core Development (Hands-on Technical)

  • Business Rules & Scripting: Develop and optimize complex Business Rules using VB.NET, SQL and C# to automate financial logic, allocations, and data transformations.
  • Data Integration: Design and maintain advanced ETL pipelines and connectors (e.g., OData, REST APIs) between OneStream and source systems like IFS, SAP, Oracle or other core ERP's.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build sophisticated dashboards and Analytic Blend solutions to provide real-time insights for executive decision-making.
  • Advanced Analytics: Implement and manage OneStream AI & Machine Learning solutions, specifically focusing on Sensible AI Forecasting and predictive modeling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years of EPM experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically dedicated to OneStream XF/Unified Platform implementations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of SQL (stored procedures, performance tuning) and VB.NET or C#.
  • Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of financial processes, including multi-currency consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and FP&A budgeting/forecasting cycles.
  • Certification: OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Core Platform Architect (or the legacy Lead Architect R1/R2) is mandatory for this level.

Preferred Attributes:

  • AI/ML Familiarity: Experience deploying OneStream Marketplace solutions for Predictive Analytics or AI-driven anomaly detection.
  • Mentorship: Proven track record of coaching junior developers and managing offshore or third-party implementation partners.
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Finance, or Accounting.
