How you will make history here... The Senior Packaging Engineer is responsible for the development and implementation of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging for innovation, renovation, cost reduction, and sustainability activities. The role requires coordination, managing, and execution of multiple complex and multi-disciplined projects with minimal supervision. The role requires a strong understanding of multiple packaging materials, configurations, and processing technologies. The Senior Packaging Engineer must also partner with vendors and cross-functional business teams, including Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Supply Chain to evaluate new opportunities and deliver new packaging solutions to the market. This role will be heavily focused on a long-term new technology development initiative that will require a high degree of technical development impacting the entire packaging system. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $113,200-$162,700Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
