* Reports to the Player Development Manager. * Assist Player Development Manager with Special Projects and all other assigned duties. * Responsible for highest end of data base premium players. * Plans and implements off-site programs and visits the same. * Interfaces with management to ensure quality programs. * Responsible for the telemarketing efforts to various groups of premium player lists to include premium players, inactive patrons, qualifying new patrons, and event invitations lists. * Responsible for increasing visitation of premium players base and obtaining established goals in the above listed groups. * Issues complimentary amenities consistent with customer's activity. * Educates players in the understanding, application, and usage of the Reward Card to include its benefits. * Meets and greets premium players. * Handles customer problems and reports all incidents to management. * Initiates proper paperwork to insure patron account problems are accurate. * Maintains and updates accurate customer information in accordance with CTR guidelines. * Responsible for identifying and cultivating new customers. * Responsible to insure continued growth within the company's database. * Interacts with all other departments. * Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures. * Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds. * Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours). * Always follow the Company Service Standards model. * Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
