Position Summary

We are looking fordynamic, best-in-class talent for a major theatrical/home entertainment/television account.The Senior Associate,Planning plays a crucial role in the development and day-to-day stewardship of media plansin accordance withthe strategies developed. This opportunity willcontinue to propelyour career in media, providing aplatform tocollaboratewithaleading consumer brand.



Responsibilities

  • Createintegrated, holisticmedia plans across all channels, including TV,Digital, Outdoor, Radio, Print, etc.


  • Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities including authorizations, budgets, and the reconciliation process


  • Analyze and provide clients with research data as well as strategic analysis of campaigns


  • Evaluate media proposals and create recommendations that ensure marketing and mediaobjectivesare being met


  • Effectively negotiate digital proposals with partners


  • Build andmaintainstrong working relationships withteam members,clients, vendors,andpublishers to ensure an effective creation and implementation of campaigns


  • Create competitive analysis of entertainment marketplace on a frequent basis with strategicinsights included


  • Assistin financial and billing process; entering in contracts and tracking budgets on a weekly,monthlyand quarterly basis


  • Mentor Associates and provide opportunities for continued growth and advancement


  • Accommodate ad hoc responsibilities and evolving job duties



Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of media planning experience


  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


  • Strong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills



Desired Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work effectively cross functionally andmaintainstrong professional relationships with clients, internal teams,and other various outsidevendors


  • Ability to effectively multi-task competing priorities and projects through time management andorganization


  • Strong quantitative skills, including analyticalabilities


  • Passion forentertainmentmarketplace and content (movies, streaming, TV, etc.)

The salary range for this position is posted below.
