Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Product Manager to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives within the corporate finance area. This role will be pivotal in identifying and developing innovative solutions that enhance our financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic growth. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with the Business Product Owner to understand business needs, define product requirements, and deliver technology solutions that align with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives in corporate finance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with finance teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand business requirements.

  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze existing financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Solution Design: Lead the design and development of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

  • Project Management: Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to execution, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • User Experience Focus: Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that solutions are intuitive and meet the needs of end-users.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to assess the performance and impact of digital transformation initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and facilitating user adoption of new technologies.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to leverage innovative solutions in the finance domain.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of ten (10) or more years of experience in product management, IT management, or digital transformation roles, preferably within the finance sector.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP solutions, data analytics, and emerging technologies relevant to corporate finance.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
