About the Opportunity: The Senior Classification and Compensation Analyst is a key member of an engaged and collaborative Human Resources team, responsible for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the organization's classification and compensation practices. This role will perform complex classification analyses, manage and maintain position descriptions, and conduct audits. This position will also be responsible for performing salary surveys and market analyses as well as leading initiatives to improve classification and compensation practices, design and deliver training for stakeholders, and act as a reliable resource for managers and HR team members. This position may be eligible for hybrid work schedule. IdealKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Understanding of job analysis, job evaluation methods, and classification systems Familiarity with employment laws such as FLSA, EEO, ADA, OEPA and other employment-related regulations impacting classification and pay Knowledge of methods and techniques used in research, data analysis and interpretation, survey/assessment design, and executive report writing Strong written and verbal skills to explain complex concepts clearly to stakeholders Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals with varied perspectives and levels of expertise Understanding of quality assurance principles and the importance of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to exercise effective time management skills, balance multiple priorities, and consistently meet timelines and due dates.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration or Management, or other related degree program from an accredited institution of higher education;ANDfour(4) years of professional level human resources experience related to the position;OR An Associate Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration or Management, or other related degree program;ANDsix(6) years of professional level human resources experience related to the position;OR A high school diploma/GED; ANDeight (8) years of professional level human resources experience related to the position.
