Pay: $28.50/hr (Fixed rates, no opportunity for negotiation) Shift: Monday- Friday- 8-4:30PM EST, MUST have flexibility twice a month to start as early as 7 and end as late as 7PM * * Overview We're hiring Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinators to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client referrals and service documentation. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with policy standards and delivering clear, high-quality communication to clients. Key Responsibilities * Review processed referrals for accuracy, including surgeon selection, specialty alignment, and insurance details * Confirm that services were delivered exactly as requested * Evaluate medical necessity and policy compliance of services * Compile and communicate findings to clients via phone and email * Ensure all reports are grammatically sound, clinically accurate, and clearly written * Manage time effectively to meet tight turnaround deadlines Required Skills * Strong background in quality assurance and clinical analysis * Proficiency in nursing documentation software * Solid understanding of insurance policies and clinical documentation standards Qualifications * Active RN license * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Robust clinical knowledge to support accurate reviews * Prior remote work experience is a plus, however not required Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jackson, MS.
