Customer Service Representative - $24/HR starting - Mon-Fri schedule - weekends off! Location: Kauai About the Role We're excited to share a Customer Service Representative opportunity that offers strong career growth and professional development within our branch network. As a key member of our frontline team, you will: * Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients. * Support customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through banking solutions. * Accurately and efficiently assist with account-related inquiries and basic financial transactions. * Build a solid understanding of our full suite of products and services to recommend the best options for each customer. * Engage with individuals from first-time account holders to long-term clients with more complex banking needs. Work Schedule * Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM * Saturday (rotational): 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM * (Hours may vary) What We're Looking For * Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience * Cash handling experience * Skills & Attributes: Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to positively engage with customers * Attention to detail and sound judgment with confidential information * Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services * Values: Personal alignment with our core values - Caring, Character, and Collaboration Why Join Us?
