Job Description Under the general direction of the Warranty Supervisor and in accordance with company policies and procedures, this role is responsible for ensuring all product returns are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Return Authorization & Disposition * Verify all required documentation is included with returned products * Confirm product eligibility within warranty period * Validate that the product exhibits a warrantable defect * Match returned products to receipts and return authorizations System Processing & Issue Reporting * Enter and maintain accurate product data in the system * Record shipping and return information * Operate the cardboard recycling/bundling machine * Perform product destruction when required * Achieve the goal of processing all returns within 24 hours Required Skills * Order entry * Microsoft Office proficiency * Customer service * Warranty claims * SAP (preferred) Top Technical Skills * Order entry * Microsoft Office * Customer service Qualifications Must-Haves * Strong computer and data entry skills * 1-3 years of order entry or related experience * High school diploma or equivalent Nice-to-Haves * Experience with ERP software * Knowledge of baseball or sports equipment * Prior warranty claims experience Soft Skills * Strong collaborative mindset * Effective verbal and written communication * Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dardenne Prairie, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
