Join a team that supports patients with compassion, accuracy, and professionalism. As a Patient Scheduler, you will play a key role in helping patients access the care they need by efficiently scheduling appointments, documenting details, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced call center environment. What You'll Do * Schedule patient appointments with accuracy and professionalism. * Follow established scheduling policies and procedures. * Communicate all necessary information for each scheduled appointment. * Audit and complete electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner. * Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. * Communicate clearly with patients, peers, and supervisors daily. Required Skills & Experience * 2+ years of recent call center experience (high-volume experience preferred). * Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and documentation. * Highly adaptable-comfortable working across different teams or departments as needed. * Excellent verbal communication with a professional, empathetic approach. * Ability to think quickly and remain calm and courteous under pressure. * Demonstrates empathy and patient-focused service. Nice to Have * Bachelor's degree (not required). Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
