The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $116,261.18 - $178,863.36 per year . The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. Responsibilities Scope:
Oversees pharmaceutical care plans in designated specialty areas or product lines, including initial in-depth patient evaluations, development of care plans, and ensuring treatment plans are carried out. Ensures ongoing review of patient clinical status. Recommends adjustments to drug therapy based on clinical status and treatment outcomes. Coordinates with clinical providers to ensure all aspects of pharmaceutical care are delivered safely and timely. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
