Description
The Sr. Product Enablement Advisor plays a critical role in advancing the credit union's enterprise systems by leading major enablement projects (Tier 1 and 2) with a focus on optimization, integration, and enhancement of business enablement technologies. This role exercises significant autonomy in defining project scope, determining stakeholder engagement, and driving key enterprise initiatives from inception to completion, while receiving project assignments and workflow direction from the Senior Director of Product Enablement. Responsible for ensuring that assigned projects, spanning mortgage, deposit operations, cards, payments, retail, and other business units, are executed effectively and in alignment with organizational objectives. The position also serves as the primary bridge between strategic leadership and the Product Enablement Advisor, mentoring and supporting the Advisor on smaller-scale projects and support activities. The Sr. Advisor collaborates closely with business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives deliver operational efficiencies, foster innovation, and support the credit union's strategic goals. The starting salary for this position is $94,000 annually depending on experience and qualification. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
