The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Overview:

With VP Workforce Planning and Talent Development, to lead enterprise-wide change management and organizational development, building change and OD capability across the business to deliver strategic transformation.

This leader will design and implement frameworks for change, develop organizational development practices, and partner with senior leadership to shape an organization fit for the future.

Responsibilities:

Change Management & Transformation

  • Develop, embed change management framework, methodology, toolkit to support enterprise transformation.
  • Build and sustain change capability across leaders, managers, and employees through training, coaching, and playbooks.
  • Lead change impact assessments, readiness plans, and adoption strategies for major transformation programs.
  • Partner with communications and HR teams to deliver clear and consistent engagement and communication strategies.
  • Establish and lead a network of change champions across the organization.
  • Track and report on change effectiveness, adoption, and employee experience metrics.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Design and deliver OD strategies, programs, and interventions to strengthen organizational capability, culture, and performance.
  • Build and drive leadership and manager capability to lead change, coach teams, and enable high performance.
  • Partner with Talent & Learning to integrate leadership development, succession, and learning solutions into OD practices.

Organization Design & Alignment

  • Lead organization design projects to ensure optimal alignment of structures, roles, with business strategy.
  • Partner with senior leaders to assess and implement operating model changes, ensuring clarity of accountability and effective decision-making.
  • Facilitate strategic workforce planning, aligning talent, skills, and capabilities with future business needs.

Strategic Advisory & Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Change and organization design matters.
  • Provide insight and thought leadership on best practices in Change and OD, trends.
  • Partner with HR, Strategy, and Transformation leaders to ensure integration of Change and OD practices into enterprise programs.

Education & Credentials:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (Master s degree a plus).

Professional Certifications:

  • Change Management: Prosci, Kotter, AIM, or ACMP CCMP
  • Organization Design: ODF (Organization Design Forum), CIPD Advanced Diploma, or equivalent

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in progressively more senior Change or OD roles
  • Hands-on experience managing enterprise-level programs and processes with multiple stakeholders.

Key Skills & Capabilities

  • Expertise in Change Management methodologies (eg. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, or similar).
  • Deep knowledge of Organizational Development practices (culture change, leadership development, team effectiveness).
  • Strong track record in Organization Design (operating model design, workforce planning, structural realignment).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with executive presence.
  • Strong data and diagnostic capability to inform org effectiveness decisions.
  • Ability to balance strategic insight with practical execution in complex environments.
