Overview
MicrosoftCloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I)is the team behind the cloud. Within CO+I, theCore Datacenter Services (CDS)team is responsible for the development and implementation of global strategies across our Datacenters (DCs). As aBusiness Program Manager for Datacenter Efficiency, you will be responsible for leading and managing our rhythms and engagements around the operational health of our datacenters. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to assess, measure, and communicate expected business, compliance and financial impacts that contribute to the overall operational health of our DCs. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Program Manager to join our dynamic team. Thecandidate will have a proven track record in developing frameworks, managing enterprise level programs in a complex environment and optimizing performance across the organization. As a Business Program Manager, you will play a key role in establishing our frameworks and rhythms that will impact our multi-year priorities in the Team. Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Background Check Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
