Overview
The Business and Industry Copilot (BIC) organization is at the forefront of transforming how Microsoft empowers customers across industries through AI-driven solutions. Within BIC, the Community Experiences Team (CXT) is responsible for building and scaling the next-generation community that connects customers, partners, and advocates across Microsoft's business applications ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Content Program Manager to join our team. This role combines deep product storytelling with program leadership. You will champion the value of AI-driven ERP, amplify our product vision, and drive cross-team community programs. In this role, you will create and deliver compelling product demos that resonate with audiences online, at conferences, and at industry events of all sizes. You will also define and execute data-driven community programs that foster engagement, expand reach, and contribute to business growth. #BICJOBS Content Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
