Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft cloud solutions, Copilot and services. To help drive this effort, Microsoft is investing in the expansion of a Migration team that will play a leadership role in helping our customers achieve this digital transformation through successful adoption of Ai to migrate on-premises infrastructure, servers and Databases. For our Secure Migrate and Modernize Solution area, we are looking for an Infrastructure Migration focused Technical Program Manager (TPM). This TPM will develop high-quality, re-usable technical assets focused on migration across customers VMs, Windows & Linux servers, SAP/Enterprise applications, and relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server) with the use of Azure Copilot to accelerate Azure adoption. This TPM will collaborate with the Unified and the Factory team to drive the landing and adoption of migration offerings with the field. Also, this TPM will unblock and accelerate field pipeline and escalated requests, including solving for engagement blocking technical feedback within SLO. Execute field readiness programs including the Technical Intensity program, champs' programs, and LevelUp training. Influence product roadmap based on Voice of Customer/Field gathered from CSU teams, customers, and partners. Enable core priorities for the Secure Migrate & Modernize solution area by developing and landing execution guidance for field teams. Develop and validate how-to-execute guidance for relevant offerings in the Cloud Adoption Factory and support enablement of Factory delivery teams. Serve as technical SMEs and thought leaders on delivery topics for the solution play and pillar, including best practices and architecture patterns. This role will be focused on developing repeatable IP and assets for broad use by internal Microsoft delivery resources, managing technical product escalations from customers, and interfacing with engineering on product roadmap and feature releases. You will use these signals to inform us of our next generation of product offerings. Candidates for this role will be proficient in solving business challenges through cloud technology. As a TPM for Infrastructure Migration, you will be one of the team of recognized experts in this field, responsible for influencing company strategy by working directly with customers. You will use your technical expertise to directly help strategic customers, develop re-usable IPs, and enable the account & field teams through internal enablement programs. Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
