Performance Manager - Hybrid High preference for candidates in Malvern, PA but also open to Charlotte, NC and Scottsdale, AZ.

Here is some of your day:

  • Business Intelligence Strategy & Data Governance: Contribute to BI strategy development, integrate data governance standards, and request platform changes or solutions for client-facing BI dashboards as needed.
  • Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Validate and clean input data, ensure accuracy of assumptions, manage outliers appropriately, and collaborate with Operations teams to identify and resolve data issues at their root cause.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Analysis: Work closely with client and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, support data analysis, identify outliers, and provide analytical insights that help communicate data-driven stories.
  • Client Partnership & Solution Development: Partner with clients to identify analytical needs, guide solution recommendations, and ensure alignment between data capabilities and business objectives.
  • KPI & Performance Reporting: Collaborate with IFM and FM/ENG Directors to streamline KPI and SLA reporting processes, ensuring consistent performance monitoring and review cycles.
  • Automated Reporting Development: Support development and automation of quarterly and monthly reports including client business reviews, health & safety reports, and operational dashboards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Program Enhancement & Implementation: Collaborate on developing new programs and enhancing existing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • End-to-End Program Management: Lead comprehensive program management for multiple concurrent initiatives, including roadmap development, cross-functional coordination, governance framework establishment, performance monitoring, and leadership communication of outcomes.

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

  • 8+ years of Commercial (Corporate) Real Estate, IFM or Project Management experience

  • Demonstrated client relationship management skills

  • Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis and solution development

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift

Pay $110,000-125,000 depending on experience and location: 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
