Manager, Enterprise Applications The Manager, Enterprise Applications, leads a team of IT professionals responsible for development, configuration, administration, optimization and support of Microsoft Productivity application suite the technology platform or application suite, including governance of user identities and secure access to systems. Expertise in the platform to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of collaborative and productivity enhancing solutions across the organization. The Manager role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience; for streamlined processes and stable operations; for managing vendors; for developing a culture of and skills in process improvement; for proper documentation; and for staff training, performance and development.
