Routinely creates and/or leads teams in design, development and implementation of innovative and replicable solutions using modeling techniques, database tools, products/materials and/or programs. Makes recommendations for highly complex sales opportunities and solutions when leading large cross department project teams.

Essential Functions

  • Effectively interacts with executives on a routine basis and/or is assigned as an informal leader, coach, or mentor to less senior staff.

  • May represent executive management at meetings or functions.

  • Provides presentations or acts on behalf of executive management.

  • Exhibits executive business etiquette and knowledge.

  • Acts independently on behalf of department or division.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor-s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, mathematics, a quantitative discipline or related field.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years' experience in design, development and/or implementing sales/customer solutions to complex business situations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Has advanced analytical skills with business software modeling techniques and database tools and approaches. Ability to plan and work on multiple projects and produce high impact results.

Demonstrated ability to lead executive level projects. Advanced interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide executive level presentations.

Strongly Preferred Skills:

  • Technical automation expertise including Python development, process automation, and experience implementing AI/ML solutions.

  • Proven track record of transforming manual workflows into scalable, intelligent systems that improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Experience managing globalization or standardization initiatives across multiple regions.

  • Familiarity with international compensation structures, compliance requirements, or multi-currency compensation programs spanning North America and beyond

Work location type: Hybrid-The desired location for this position is Memphis, TN.

This position is eligible for relocation.

Pay Range: $8452.14 - $11,410.38 per month

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location of this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
