PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Perform routine planning and scheduling assignments that require the selection and application of basic scheduling principles and techniques with oversight.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
  1. Assist in drafting schedules using common CPM scheduling programs with oversight
  2. Support supervision through the monitoring and updating of project schedules
  3. Assist site management to formulate mitigation plans to correct scheduling problems
  4. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
  5. All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  1. Basic knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices and company software
  2. Basic knowledge of standard construction practices and project sequencing
  3. Ability to exercise creativity and mature judgement in anticipating and solving problems
  4. Basic plan and specification reading, review and interpretation skills
  5. Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative to seek innovative solutions
  7. Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete and timely fashion
  8. Active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback
  9. Ability to travel may be required based on operating group
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent field
  2. Prior experience on construction job sites preferred
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires the following with or without an accommodation; sitting, walking, standing, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, hearing, visual acuity, and utilization of a computer and office equipment. This person must be physically capable of reviewing a jobsite multiple times daily. The working environments consist of exposure to dirt, heat, noise, dust, and outdoor weather; as well as indoor and climate-controlled settings.

The base compensation range for this role is $71,100-$99,900.This position is eligible for a potential annual bonus. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
