  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, business partnership, and user-centric design.

Platform Governance, Architecture & Operations

  • Provide executive oversight of MarTech and CommercialTech ecosystems, including CRM, customer data platforms, web platforms, content management systems, omnichannel orchestration, analytics environments, and third-party digital tools.
  • Oversee platform lifecycle management: requirements gathering, architecture design, vendor governance, implementation, integrations, and ongoing support.
  • Reduce fragmentation by consolidating vendor and platform governance and ensuring consistent data, security, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure systems are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with enterprise data and technology principles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Engage senior stakeholders across U.S. Commercial, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Data & AI, IT Strategy & Operations, Regulatory, and Security to drive integrated planning and decision-making.
  • Champion shared governance, portfolio prioritization, and cross-functional alignment to support enterprise-wide digital and data initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and digital capabilities across Commercial and Marketing teams.

Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as escalation point for complex, cross-functional issues affecting Commercial and Marketing platforms.
  • Identify and address gaps in system configuration, data flows, and processes to enhance usability and business value.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose investments that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Commercial Technology, Marketing Technology, Digital, Data, or Enterprise IT roles, with increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Significant experience supporting U.S. Commercial and/or Marketing functions in regulated industries (biopharma strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CRM, omnichannel engagement, MarTech platforms, web technology, analytics environments, and data governance.
  • Proven success leading technology teams, large programs, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
