Data Center Project Manager, Network Engineering

• Work with finance, IT-planning and GSM teams for project spends and purchase orders
• Create spend report for data center network team
• Work with IT Asset Management team and various data center team members on asset tracking, allocation and partial shipments, and order status
• Interact with Tesla's ERP system for day-to-day tasks
• Help with yearly support and license renewals
• Confirm device delivery and release invoices
• Document historical purchase-orders, bill-of-materials, invoices, inventory allocation and shipment details for audit
• Create and maintain inventory tracker tool for engineers to use for their project planning
• Must be able to work occasional weekends, unscheduled after-hours, and holidays. 10-20% travel required as necessary

• 10+ years' experience in project management
• Experience with network equipment logistics & purchase-orders.
• Good communication & documentation skills
• Experience with ERP system
• Excellent organizational skills and solid team player
• Attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Staff Software Product Mgr - $158,400 - $237,600/annual salary
