About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who's keen to make an impact in a dynamic moment of workforce transformation. You will drive adoption of AI tools across the organization-creating programs and content that help people build new habits, not just check boxes. With a blend of training, communication, and change management, you'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver experiences that are engaging, practical, and grounded in how CSMs actually work.

What you'll do in this role

  • Create programs, content, and campaigns that help CSMs build lasting AI habits, not just complete one-time training.

  • Work with CSMs and stakeholders to identify what's working, then package it into resources the whole organization can use.

  • Run interactive workshops, onboarding sessions, and AI product training (virtual and live) across regions as needed.

  • Partner with teams to integrate AI tools into existing and new processes, advising on best practices along the way.

  • Develop copy, assets, and messaging that keeps AI top-of-mind and drives ongoing engagement.

  • Use data, feedback, and learning assessments to understand what's working and continuously improve programs.

  • Keep up with trends in AI, learning technology, and change management, sharing insights with the team.

  • Work closely with end users, product leads, architects, and PMs to deliver practical solutions aligned with business priorities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You genuinely connect with end users, meet them where they are, and design with their real needs in mind-no "us vs. them" mentality.

  • You can move fast, work lean, and find creative solutions without getting stuck in process or perfectionism.

  • You have strong communication and storytelling skills, whether you're facilitating live sessions, writing copy, or explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • You're energized by testing new approaches, learning from what doesn't work, and iterating quickly based on feedback.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, often heavily matrixed environments where priorities shift and you need to balance several workstreams at once.

What you'll bring

  • Experience using AI tools confidently in your own work, and a track record of leveraging AI and automation to build programs and content at scale.

  • A strong foundation in user experience design and human-centered design principles, with the ability to create solutions that are intuitive and user-friendly.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive experiences that drive real behavior change and adoption.

  • Project management experience, including the ability to establish standards, document processes, and use data to optimize how work gets done.

  • The skills to influence stakeholders and make business recommendations that keep initiatives on track and within scope.

  • Comfort scripting, recording, and producing demo videos and other multimedia content.

  • Experience with UX writing and content design is a plus.
