Workiva is seeking a Product Marketing Director, Platform to own and drive the company's platform positioning and messaging with a primary focus on engaging and influencing the Office of the CFO. This is a highly visible, high-impact individual contributor role responsible for shaping Workiva's position in the market as a differentiated, AI-powered platform that enables confident decision-making across Finance, Risk, and Sustainability. This leader will be the steward of Workiva's platform narrative, responsible for defining and evolving our category story, counseling executive leadership on how we show up to the market, and translating complex capabilities across data, AI, and assurance into clear, compelling value for executive buyers. You will own Workiva's platform value proposition, corporate pitch deck, and flagship event storytelling, including executive keynotes such as the Workiva Amplify product keynote. In partnership with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Enablement, and Executive Leadership, you will co-lead the Quarterly Marketing Moments Program with Campaign Management by coupling product launches with major events. You will also own the messaging for large-scale thematic campaigns, helping to drive up to 50% of marketing-influenced pipeline, and lead strategic initiatives that fuel revenue growth, including large-scale enablement efforts. In doing so, this role plays a critical part in shaping how Workiva differentiates, how we sell larger platform deals, and how our executive team articulates the company's long-term vision and value to the market. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $154,000.00 - $250,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
