What is the opportunity?

As the Marketing Operations and Enablement Manager, you will be the central operational catalyst across our Digital Marketing and Operations team, empowering the department to run smoothly, innovate fearlessly, and deliver impact efficiently. This role is designed for a forward-thinking leader who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and is passionate about leveraging technology, streamlining processes, and building cross-functional partnerships to reimagine how USWM marketing operates globally. You'll champion automation, drive scalability, and act as a change agent to transform operational workflows while fostering collaboration across diverse personalities and teams.

What will you do?

  • Identify, adopt, and optimize marketing technology (martech) tools to automate workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve campaign execution.
  • Lead integration of martech platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation, staying ahead of emerging tech trends.
  • Oversee specialized tool managementbeyond the scope of your program leads, ensuring critical systems (e.g., content management systems, emerging martech solutions) are effectively implemented and maintained.
  • Champion tool adoption through training and change management, ensuring teams leverage technology to its full potential.
  • Map, design, and reimagine end-to-end marketing processes to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate speed-to-market.
  • Develop and manage workflows that balance simplicity, scalability, and future-ready adaptability.
  • Establish project management best practices and standardized workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality output across teams.
  • Create and deliver training programs on new processes and tools to upskill marketing teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring teams to adopt innovative solutions and challenge legacy approaches.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison, building relationships with Marketing, technology, and global stakeholders to align priorities and reduce friction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of program leads
  • Focus on Sales Enablement technology and platforms.
  • Responsible for workflow management tools (e.g., Workfront) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Provide strategic direction, performance feedback, and growth opportunities to elevate your team's impact.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Aprocess-driven innovatorwith7+ years of experiencein marketing operations, enablement, or a related field, including3+ years of direct team leadership.
  • Tech-savvy leaderwith expertise in martech stacks (e.g., Workfront, Adobe Design Studio, Salesforce, automation/AI tools) and a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
  • Relationship builderwith exceptional communication and influence skills, able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
  • Agile problem solverwho thrives in ambiguity, acts quickly, and reimagines solutions beyond "what's always been done."
  • Strategic executorwith strong project management skills, able to balance big-picture thinking with tactical implementation.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in financial services or a similar industry
  • A track record of leading large-scale marketing projects or strategies.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $70,000-$130,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
