In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing disruptive geospatial solutions-from LIDAR scanners to cloud-based software-directly influencing the operational efficiency of Federal Civilian agencies. You will have the unique opportunity to manage the entire sales lifecycle for high-stakes technology, essentially shaping the future of how our government maps and protects national resources.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Spearhead Strategic Growth: Create and execute innovative sales strategies to capture new business opportunities within the US Federal Civilian sector.

  • Cultivate Impactful Partnerships: Nurture and expand high-level relationships with key government stakeholders, ensuring our geospatial solutions align perfectly with mission-critical requirements.

  • Showcase Cutting-Edge Tech: Deliver persuasive presentations and live demonstrations of advanced hardware and software, including GNSS, LIDAR, and optical total stations.

  • Collaborate for Success: Engage with cross-functional, geographically-dispersed teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and exceed established sales targets.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Citizenship Requirement: Must be a US Citizen.

  • Proven Government Sales Expertise: You have a successful track record in government acquisition lifecycles and navigating federal contract vehicles.

  • Geospatial Mastery: You possess deep knowledge of data collection hardware (GNSS, Optical, LIDAR) or a strong background in GIS solutions.

  • Exceptional Communicator: You are a natural at building rapport, negotiating complex deals, and closing with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Educational Foundation: You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, GIS, Building Construction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience selling cloud, SaaS, or software solutions with familiarity in FedRAMP protocols.

  • Existing relationships with Federal Government agencies such as US Forest Service, National Parks Service, National Resources Conservation Service, Bureau of Land Management, US Fish and Wildlife, etc

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
