FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Business Hours Position Summary The Manager - Project Principal provides leadership for a team which may include Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators. The Manager - Project Principal is accountable for the successful delivery of the most complex, large scale, multifaceted key initiatives and strategic projects within the MultiCare Health System in adherence with approved budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards. The incumbent works closely with executive leadership, external sponsors and other stakeholders on overall program direction and oversight of acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic projects; serves as the subject matter expert for the process and project management and manages daily activities of project management team ensuring all project activities, from project initiation to closing are performed within the allotted schedules. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $123,198.00 - $177,278.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
