Reasons you'll love working here: Summary: The role focuses on ensuring highquality, efficient, and customeroriented delivery of defined HR services within the region while further developing and scaling the HR GBS operating model. It includes leading and developing a highperforming Regional HR GBS team and driving service excellence through compliance, automation, and process standardization. Success in this position also requires close collaboration with Regional HR, Global HR Operations, Regional GBS, and key business stakeholders to enable seamless, aligned service delivery. Responsibilities: 1. Service Delivery & Scope Expansion - approx. 30%
