You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support shipping operations with clear communication and strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific, security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access to the facility by checking identification, managing visitor entry, and coordinating with site contacts for deliveries, pickups, and after-hours access.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including entrances, loading docks, trailer yards, and parking areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other site systems as assigned, and report irregular conditions such as unsecured doors, damaged fencing, or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document actions taken, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
