The team

The Senior SAP Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex SAP programs across legacy SAP ECC and next-generation SAP S/4HANA landscapes. This role requires proven experience managing large-scale SAP ECC environments, as well as successfully planning and executing S/4HANA conversions or migrations. Experience operating and optimizing live S/4HANA environments is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic delivery leader, overseeing end-to-end SAP initiatives-from roadmap definition and business case development through execution, stabilization, and value realization. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators, and global teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while minimizing business disruption.
The Senior SAP Project Manager will provide strong governance, risk management, and executive communication across multi-workstream programs, ensuring alignment to enterprise transformation objectives, SAP best practices, and industry standards. This position demands a balance of hands-on SAP program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive change in complex, matrixed environments.

The role



  • Must have good experience managing ECC 6.0 environment.
  • Strong understanding of ECC 6.0 and SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, EWM, SD, PP) and S/4HANA functionality.
  • Must have multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.
  • Solution Manager exposure preferred
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Visio
  • Proven experience with SAP Activate or ASAP methodology.
  • Experience as a Project Manager having managed full SAP life cycle projects
  • Strong project management skills, including risk management, budgeting, and negotiation, usually with PMP or similar certification.
  • Experience as an Overall Integration Manager or Solution Architect role on mid-to-large projects
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies


What you'll bring



  • Typically requires 8-15 years of ERP project management experience, with specific experience leading at least 2-3 full end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
  • Auto industry experience desired
  • Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication skills / facilitation skills (oral and written)
  • Experience presenting to large groups focused on SAP solutions and functionality
  • Business process analysis and design experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process design and implementation.
  • General consulting skills, including team facilitation, business case development, and business assessment / strategy
  • Project management: led medium to large teams of 5-50 resources (both consulting and client employees)
  • Experience interacting with clients and building business relationships
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
  • Experience scoping and estimating SAP implementation projects
  • Bachelor's degree required
