About the Opportunity We are seeking safetyconscious Roll-Off Drivers to join our team in Altamonte Springs (Orlando), FL. What You'll Do As a Roll-Off Driver, your responsibilities include: Safely operating a Roll-Off Truck on assigned routes to collect solid waste (Waste industry experience preferred, not required) Reading and following route sheets and dispatcher instructions Performing pre- and post-trip inspections, including checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment Handling physically demanding tasks, sometimes without helper support Operating hydraulic hand controls to lift, load, and dispose of waste at designated facilities Providing friendly, professional customer service Completing other job-related duties as assigned Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays Weekly Hours: 50-55 hours per week Working Conditions This is an active, hands-on role that includes: Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling (50+ pounds) Frequent physical movement throughout the shift Exposure to weather (heat, rain, humidity) Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and vibration Moderate noise levels Safety is our top priority-you'll be trained to follow all procedures carefully.
