The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of Reality Capture and BIM projects for clients across the US and abroad. This role serves as the primary contact between the client and our internal teams, ensuring that technical services-from field scanning to Revit modeling-meet the specific requirements and deadlines of each project while maintaining profitability.

Client & Proposal Management

    Direct Point of Contact: Lead all communication with clients, from initial lead intake through project closeout.

  • Proposal Development: Write project scopes, estimates and delivery proposals that combine reality capture (laser scanning) with BIM/Revit deliverables.

  • Business Growth: Maintain and expand relationships with current clients to identify new project opportunities.

Project Execution

  • Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Financial Tracking: Review project costs against the budget weekly to ensure target margins. Manage change orders and review subcontractor invoices and timesheets.

  • Team Coordination: Schedule pre-job planning meetings. Work with field managers and data specialists to ensure the technical staff understand the scope and schedule.

  • Reporting: Use project management software to track progress and create reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Risk & Quality Control

  • Risk Management: Identify and resolve issues regarding scope, schedule, or budget before they impact the project.

  • Quality Assurance: Review work from junior staff and technical teams to ensure it meets professional standards and client expectations.

  • Contract Administration: Request subcontractor pricing and write necessary purchase orders and subcontracts.



Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management experience in the AEC industry
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Reality Capture (laser scanning) and BIM/Revit workflows.

  • Skills: Proficient in project financial reporting, data analysis, and professional written/verbal communication.

  • Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.
