National Grid is hiring a Lead Finance Business Partner. This hybrid role can sit in our either our Waltham MA, Northboro MA or Brooklyn NY location. Job Purpose
The Lead Finance Business Partner supports the US Customer organization and is responsible for providing commercial acumen, challenging strategic and financial priorities, and delivering financial guidance and insight to Customer leadership to enable decisions delivering improvements to operational and financial performance. The focus of the role is primarily on operating expense but requires understanding of project capital expenses. Key Accountabilities

Salary New England MA $116,000 - $136,000 a year Downstate NY $124,000 - $146,000 a year National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring. This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
