Candidate will provide Accounting support for the team at Proceed Finance. Candidate will have oversight on accounting financial system processing, including resulting accounting entries fed to the general ledger and financial databases. Candidate will also provide support for the Financial Close Process and assist with audit support. Candidate will need to develop both technical and accounting expertise of the banking and financial services industry. Candidates will also work with and provide support to other Financial Reporting and Regulatory areas, and both upstream and downstream customers and business areas. Opportunity to develop in depth knowledge of critical accounting systems, from both an accounting/financial perspective and a technical data perspective within a major health Insurance company. Excellent visibility into the impact your work has to internal and external customers. Use more than one major skill set in one role. Candidate will learn and apply Finance/Accounting knowledge and technical experience to resolve issues and improve processes impacting general ledger, subledger and reporting. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
