ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Reads electrical schematics and installs components such as relays, contactors PLC's and other type of controllers on electrical panels.
Lays out the din rail, Panduit and components and wires them to wiring specifications.
Installs wire ways, cable trays, conduit, and seal tight to contain wire runs on machines.
Drills and taps holes in specified locations on the machine for mounting control units.
Attaches breakers, relays, contactors, transformers, PLC's, MLC's motor drives, power supplies, safety circuits, Servo motors, HMI's, bus systems,, and fuse blocks to mounting holes with bolts and screws.
Cuts, strips, bends, and forms wire cable, conduit, pipe, and tubing used to connect circuits and sub-assemblies.
Able to test circuits with a variety of electrical testing and gauging devices.
Has the ability to solder connections and crimps connectors to wire ends.
Assists in troubleshooting and testing of electrical assemblies and circuits.
Works through problems on machines by communicating with Electrical Assembler II, leads, supervisor or engineers.
Records labor hours correctly using the scan system with Finesse our Enterprise Resource Planning system.
