As Manager of Residential Connectivity Sales at Spectrum, you'll guide a team of supervisors and their sales professionals to deliver outstanding customer experience and achieve ambitious sales targets. Your leadership will directly shape the success and reach of Spectrum's residential offerings.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead and manage a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Inspire, develop and coach sales talent, fostering commitment to sales goals and professional growth
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff selection, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary actions
  • Set clear expectations, consistently hold team members accountable and address knowledge gaps through targeted development plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align strategies and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor payroll processes and ensure commission payments are timely and accurate
  • Maintain expertise in Spectrum product offerings and marketplace trends, preparing insightful reports to inform business decisions

Working Conditions

  • Work in both field and office environments, frequently outdoors with travel across assigned territories and exposure to inclement weather

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of outside sales or related work experience

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong technical and computer proficiency
  • Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season or weather
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems and a range of consumer and commercial communications devices such as smartphones, routers, modems and wireless devices
  • Accurate documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and auto insurance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of Sales supervisory experience preferred

Skills

  • Knowledge of direct sales practices
  • Experience with consumer education of products and services
  • Understanding of cable or telecommunications services
