Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to questions and/or concerns with strong customer service, and document activities using a computer or tablet. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or unusual activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, verifying identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with directing deliveries and foot traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Complete reports and logs, document patrol findings and incidents, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
