Job Summary: The Revenue Audit Supervisor actively manages daily accounting and reporting of all gaming and non-gaming revenue, assists Revenue Audit Manager with routine oversight of the department. This position's wage is $18.00. Essential Functions:
- Delegate authority, and assign responsibilities and work schedules to department staff.
- Provide hands-on leadership to Revenue Accounting department.
- Prepare and post revenue journal entries for all revenues and comp and coupon expenses.
- Assist with reconciliation of general ledger.
- Ensure timely, complete, and correct reporting of all revenue and associated gaming taxes.
- Prepare weekly gaming tax returns.
- Maintain tracking records for all revenue.
- Prepare for and participate in audits.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, developing, and evaluating department staff.
- Recommend and administer disciplinary action as necessary.
- Timely communicate all Revenue Accounting issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and team member and guest information.
- Prepare and deliver reports as needed.
- Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
- Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Quad Cities and department management.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work well with a team
- Gaming industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License.
- Appropriate use of office equipment, including personal computer, telephone with voice mail system, fax machine, and copy machine.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products is required.
- Must be able to work any necessary hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Read, write, and understand complex instructions and reports.
- Communicate appropriately with all casino guests, casino departments, and fellow team members.
- Understand and adhere to all Illinois Gaming Board regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
- Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
- Previous supervisory training or experience is desired
- Must be able to lead, direct and organize other people
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Frequently required to lift items up to 30lbs
- Occasionally required to push or move items up to 50lbs
- Frequently required to reach overhead
- Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time
