Shift: 6 AM - 3 PM, Mon - Fri

  • 2+ years of experience as a bilingual Dutch/English Technical Support Customer Service Representative



  • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English



  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability



  • Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills



  • Ability to handle high-volume phone and email support



  • Strong documentation and attention to detail



  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment



  • Time management and the ability to meet performance goals and deadlines



  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn support software systems

Responsibilities



  • Provide remote bilingual (Dutch/English) technical support via phone and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality, defects, and service requests
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify end-of-life (EOL) products with clear explanations
  • Guide customers through step-by-step problem resolution and product setup
  • Document all interactions accurately in call logs and required reporting systems
  • Follow Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), warranty, replacement, and refund procedures
  • De-escalate challenging customer interactions and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs and send follow-up resources/links
  • Request customer participation in satisfaction surveys and gather feedback
  • Monitor unresolved cases and perform timely follow-ups until resolution
  • Meet performance metrics, service levels, and quality standards
  • Stay current on product updates, troubleshooting methods, and internal processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
