Pay Rate: $22.00-$27.00 per hour (based on welding experience)

Shift: Second Shift: 2:30 PM-1:00 AM | Monday-Thursday

Daily Responsibilities

• TIG & MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Read blueprints and follow Weld Process Specifications (WPS)
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Complete welds that pass visual inspection and testing
• Use hand tools, grinders, and measuring tools
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding experience (REQUIRED)
• TIG/MIG welding experience
• Ability to pass an on-site weld test and interview
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 25 pounds
