Location Montelucia Resort and Spa Nestled at the foot of the picturesque Camelback Mountain in the exclusive enclave of Paradise Valley, the Montelucia Resort & Spa features 253 luxurious guestrooms, 38 suites and two presidential suites. The property's distinctive architecture is inspired by the rich history, white-washed villages and sun-drenched hills of Spain's Andalusia region. The property also includes the award-winning Moroccan inspired Joya Spa, three resort pools and five dining options including the critically acclaimed restaurant, Prado. The resort, which is adjacent to the cities of Phoenix and Scottsdale, offers easy access to golf, recreation, nightlife and entertainment. Job Description This position is for someone who wishes to make Hospitality and Human Resources a career. The Leader In Development (LID) program is a management training program directed to entry level candidates with at least an Associate's Degree (or equivalent) to develop management skills by training them in all aspects of Human Resources, to include: associate recruitment, selection and on-boarding, safety and security programs, associate development programs, associate relations, associate counseling and benefits administration. This position is intended to be a training position, so candidates must be able to relocate upon completion of the program. This program starts in June 2026 and ends in June 2027. Responsibilities
Provides a warm and approachable greeting to all associates and/or visitors upon entrance to the ASC offices.
