- Service Excellence: Proven track record of delivering superior customer service, preferably in a hospitality or technical production environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Foundational knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and a willingness to operate complex production equipment.
- Communication: Advanced verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver, lift, and transport equipment weighing up to 40 pounds as required for event setup and breakdown.
- Team Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to serve a diverse global population.
