As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech and media location, you will monitor assigned areas through routine foot patrols, maintain a professional visible presence that can help to reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. You will document observations, support access control and visitor needs, and deliver people-first service with integrity, teamwork, and an agile, reliable, innovative approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a tech-focused location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and interior/exterior activity, verifying credentials as required and documenting unusual conditions, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and participate in shift briefings and/or post orders updates as directed by Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
