* Oversee DevOps pipelines using LCS, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, builds, testing, and deployments across USA/India sandboxes and production environments.

* Conduct code reviews, technical fit-gap analysis, and optimization for scalability in high-volume healthcare workloads (e.g., AR/AP for claims, procurement for medical supplies).

* Design and troubleshoot integrations with different systems via OData, custom services, batch jobs, and Azure (Logic Apps, Functions).

* Support data migration using Data Management Framework, ensuring quality for master data (items, vendors, CoA) and transactional data in multi-entity setups.

* Collaborate with functional teams and offshore resources for requirement reviews, PoCs, and hypercare, managing risks in regulated healthcare projects.

* Contribute to pre-sales with technical proposals, effort estimates, and demos for healthcare RFPs in USA/India markets.

What you need:

* 8-12 years total IT experience, with 5+ years hands-on in D365 F&O / AX development and 3+ years in a Technical Architect or Senior Developer role on implementations.

* Delivered 3+ full-lifecycle D365 F&O projects involving custom X++ development, extensions, and Azure integrations in multi-country (USA/India) settings.

* Experience with process data flows (e.g., inventory for OT/ICU supplies, project accounting for expansions) and regulatory localizations.

* Proven work in onshore/offshore models, Agile/Scrum, and performance tuning for large-scale ERP.

* Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related; Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500, MB-700) preferred.

* Expertise in X++, Visual Studio, LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, SQL optimization, and D365 extensibility (plug-ins, chain-of-command).

* Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules: Finance (GL/AP/AR), SCM (Procurement/Inventory), with healthcare process understanding.

* Proficiency in Azure services, data entities, SSRS/Power BI reporting, and security/performance best practices.

* Excellent English communication for global teams; ability to handle C-suite demos and workshops across USA/India time zones.
