We are seeking a versatile Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our partner ecosystem. Standing at the intersection of finance, product, and sales operations, you will manage funding reconciliation, SKU data integrity, and partner incentives. This role is ideal for a cross-functional expert who effectively bridges complex data with strategic business outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Manage fund distribution: Determine appropriate funding sources for invoices and operationalize partner funding initiatives.

Partner Program Management & Compliance

  • Manage sales incentives: Oversee the full lifecycle of incentive programs from design and communication to claims processing.
  • Administer partner compliance: Track credentials, certifications, and expertise requirements to maintain partner designations.
  • Coordinate recognition: Manage partner success stories and oversee the submission process for industry awards.

SKU and Product Data Management

  • Coordinate SKU management: Oversee SKU creation and setup.
  • Maintain data integrity: Manage product mapping, populate technical specifications, and resolve data discrepancies across systems.

Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Administration

  • Manage MDF operations: Oversee the entry and approval of marketing plans and ensure alignment with program guidelines.
  • Process fund claims: Collect performance documentation and collaborate with finance to validate costs and finalize submissions.

Reporting and Communication

  • Manage business reporting: Generate monthly sales analysis, goal tracking, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for leadership.
  • Direct communications & content: Curate team newsletters and maintain internal knowledge bases (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Lead brand engagement: Represent the department at industry events and manage communication workflows for operational escalations.

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; or
  • equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Required Qualifications or 9 years of experience in sales operations, partner/channel management, or financial administration.
  • Experience in business development or educational sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial reconciliation, budget tracking, or invoice management.
  • Experience generating business reports (QBRs, sales analysis) and presenting data to leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for education and a strong belief in the transformative power of technology.
  • Background working with technology distributors, resellers, or OEM partner programs (e.g., Google, CDW, Microsoft).
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
