Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hospital Associate Product Manager-MCIT.
This is an opportunity to join NYU Langone Healths MCIT Clinical Affairs team as an Associate Product Manager, supporting the implementation and operational support of agentic and AI technologies in clinical call center environments. While the initial focus will be on transforming call center operations through intelligent automation and digital innovation, the role is designed to evolve and expand. As part of a dynamic product team, you will help shape a growing portfolio of applications that may extend beyond call centers, contributing to broader digital transformation efforts across the health system.

- Execute components of NYU Langones digital strategy within MCIT Clinical Affairs, with an initial focus on clinical call center applications.
- Strong foundational understanding of healthcare industry, including health data, clinical workflows, etc
- Able to function well in an autonomous environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven tools and agentic technologies, with the potential to support additional applications as the portfolio grows.
- Maintain and communicate product roadmaps and implementation plans with product leadership, escalating issues and blockers.
- Apply engineering and computer science principles to the design, development, and implementation of intelligent solutions, starting with call center environments and expanding as needed.
- Analyze stakeholder and user needs to inform product roadmap and feature development for AI-enabled workflows across current and future applications.
- Utilize product management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS) to document requirements, acceptance criteria, and progress against implementation plans.
- Review and analyze new requests to determine recommendations and next steps, considering both current and potential future applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Operations and MCIT to deliver integrated solutions.
- Help manage roadblocks and timelines with leadership and technical teams.
- Provide operational support for deployed AI technologies and agentic systems, with flexibility to support additional applications as they are added to the portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
2+ years of experience working in product, data or business analyst or related roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Data-driven decision making and forecasting abilities
Demonstrates ability to apply judgment within defined parameters.
Experience writing requirements for custom software development (e.g., user stories)
Experience integrating user and stakeholder feedback to shape products and features.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $84,577.93 - $120,250.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
