Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Clinical Operation Analyst is responsible for the implementation, management, and sustainability of assigned departments and projects
  • Demonstrates the skill of leading and coordinating, ability to work independently or with minimal supervision within one or multiple departments and locations, and completing projects related to strategic, financial, and market development activities and initiatives
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and that each project has a clear path to sustaining the changes to ensure that high efficiencies are continued
  • Responsible for project communication and management of numerous internal and external stakeholders and regularly provides and disseminates project analysis, assignments, timelines, and progress reports to various levels of leadership, as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical project management role or 2+ years of previous healthcare experience functioning in a lead capacity managing multiple, highly complex projects or 1 year of experience as a KSC Admin Fellow
  • Solid project management, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
  • Solid communication skills with solid negotiation skills and ability to lead without authority
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Capable of working independently or with minimum supervision
  • Ability to analyze data and provide synopsis
  • Ability to solve problems in a complex, multifunctional group
  • Ability to create a trusting, positive, and supportive work environment
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette, able to adhere to professional standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience with EMR systems such as Epic

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
