Eligibility for individual benefit plans may vary based on employment status. Responsible for performing MRB (Material Review Board) evaluations and data analysis functions to support aerospace and industrial gas turbine manufacturing and engineering operations. The MRB function involves technical review and disposition of non-conforming products, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and application of advanced engineering judgement. The data analyst portion focuses on analyzing scrap and rework data, along with Statistical Process Control (SPC) system data, to compile trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions. The position integrates technical expertise, problem-solving methodologies, and fosters a culture of innovation to improve Chromalloy's operational performance. Critical Success Factors
Typical Education Associate's degree preferred but High School Degree with Aerospace working background would be acceptable. Essential Duties / Tasks

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
